First Year Charter

The overall direction, as well as the specific activities to be undertaken during the first year of operation, will be determined by the Members.

Consultation has revealed particular interest in:

1. Policy influencing activity focused on 2-3 key barriers identified by Members as priority for the year; subject to confirmation, examples might include:
   

   i.   ensuring increased support for fuel cell deployment / demonstration activities

   ii.  securing high level political support for fuel cells

   iii. facilitating the introduction of a forward commitment to purchase fuel cells within Government.




2. Initiatives to improve the engagement in European fuel cell and hydrogen activity;
    

3. Briefings for key stakeholder groupings to promote better understanding of the opportunities which fuel cells present; and
    

4. Development of information portal on funding opportunities.
